The Dovado USB Mobile Broadband Router (UMR) comes with a standard detachable 4dBi WiFi antenna which should provide ample coverage in a typical house, provided the router can be placed centrally. However, the optimum location for the router in terms of mobile broadband signal may be at one end of the building, so you may want to boost the strength of your wireless network to provide strong coverage at the other end of the building.

Wireless signal and distance improvement

• This antenna increases the wireless coverage area when it is connected to the Dovado UMR. It also improve the transmission range when the antenna is connected to a wireless adaptor.
