• Supported receivers: the brand of remote switch receiver most widely available in Ireland is the HomeEasy range as stocked by B&Q. There are however many brands supported and the full list of compatible receivers is constantly expanding.

• Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X v10.5 or later, Linux v2.6.21 or later.
• Compatible USB routers: Dovado UMR, Dovado 4GR

Remote control switches such as the Home Easy set (picture above) are required but NOT included. Home Easy products are available in B&Q stores in Ireland.

Features

• Scheduler: Automate your home by scheduling when your lamps and appliances switch ON and OFF.
• Web interface made possible by the Dovado UMR/4GR support. Control the TellStick from the internet using mobile broadband of fixed broadband solutions on the Dovado router.
• Control your TellStick via SMS (text messaging). Thi requires the Dovado UMR or 4GR and a USB modem with SMS supported on the Dovado router. Send an SMS to your 3G modem and switch appliances ON and OFF from your mobile phone.
• Alternatively a mobile phone interface is also possible with the Salling Clicker plugin. Operate your TellStick from your mobile phone via bluetooth or WLAN.
• For Media Center integration, use the MediaPortal plugin. Control lights and appliances in the same way as your movies, music etc.

Delivery

If you make your purchase before 1pm, Mon-Fri, we will endeavour to dispatch your router that same day as a traceable An Post parcel, which should arrive within 1-2 working days.

Returns policy

We are confident that your purchase of a Dovado 3G router will make your mobile broadband experience much more comfortable and convenient. However to give our customers extra reassurance, we offer a 14 day money-back guarantee in the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with the product.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in a resaleable condition with its original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of receipt.

2. Send your returned item (a size K jiffy bag is recommended for routers) to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating your name, address and the reason for your return.
4. Although you pay the postage costs of the return, we will issue a full refund including the initial postage costs upon receipt of your returned unit.

Return Exceptions
An item that has been scratched, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
